What does an OnlyFans agency do?

An OnlyFans agency takes care of all the work that isn’t content creation: content direction, editing, social media promotion, the chat with your subscribers, protection against leaks. You create content and set your limits; the account should stay yours. Here you’ll see what teams an agency has, what it takes to do it all yourself and what to ask before you sign.

What is an OnlyFans agency?

An OnlyFans agency is a company that handles the work around a creator’s account: it suggests what content to create, edits it, promotes it on social media, handles the chat and protects the content from leaks. The creator brings the content, with her limits; the agency brings the team.

It isn’t part of OnlyFans, but OnlyFans’ rules allow for it: the contract every subscriber accepts recognizes that other people can help a creator run her account. That said, OnlyFans deals with you, not with the agency: you’re responsible for making sure everything posted or done on your account follows its rules, no matter who does it.

The teams in an OnlyFans agency and what each one does

A full agency is organized into teams, because each task is its own specialty. If one is missing, that work ends up falling on you. Look at the “What you decide” column: your part is decisions, almost never tasks.

TeamWhat it doesWhat you decide
ContentSuggests what to create every week: topic, format, length of each piece. What you’re willing to create and what you’re not.
EditingCuts, subtitles and makes all-audience versions for Instagram, TikTok and Threads. What content goes to X or to your OnlyFans; Instagram, TikTok and Threads only get content suitable for all audiences.
Social media and marketingPosts every day, measures what works and repeats what performs to bring in new audiences.Whether your personal profile is included or left out.
ChatHandles messages at any hour and sells inside the chat. What gets sold and what doesn’t, in writing.
ProtectionSearches for leaked copies of your content and requests their removal with DMCA notices.Nothing; if you spot a copy, just let them know.
ReportingShows you every week what’s been done, what’s working and what’s changing.Whether the plan still fits your time.

Is an agency worth it, or is it better to run OnlyFans on your own?

It’s worth it when everything that isn’t creating content takes up more of your hours than creating does. You can also do it on your own: OnlyFans doesn’t require an agency. The real question is how much of your week goes into creating and how much into everything else.

Everything else comes back every week. Posting daily on several social networks, each with its own rules: TikTok’s rules, for example, don’t allow nudity or content that helps people access pornography. If a network shuts down your account, you lose the audience you had there.

The chat never rests: your audience writes when they can, often at night or from another country. The OnlyFans terms say it isn’t required to go after leaked copies of your content. Your taxes, according to those same terms, are your responsibility: OnlyFans doesn’t advise you on them.

It isn’t all or nothing, either: some agencies only handle the chat while you keep running your social media. Whatever you hand off, you still decide what you create and how far you go; you let go of the part that wears you out.

What happens to your OnlyFans account if you work with an agency

Your OnlyFans account should stay yours: you’re the one OnlyFans holds responsible. A serious agency manages it; it doesn’t keep it.

What changes is who works on it. Before you sign, ask for the agreement to spell out what access the agency needs, what for and how it’s removed if you leave. Also ask who owns the accounts that promote your content: the agency or you. If you don’t want your personal profile involved, get that in writing.

What a good OnlyFans agency should do

The difference between a real agency and one that only looks like one shows in the day-to-day, not on its website. This is the minimum you should expect.

  • Adapt every piece to each social network: uploading the same video everywhere isn’t distribution.
  • Handle the chat within the limits you set in writing, not by whatever sells best.
  • Show you what it does: a dashboard or a report every week.
  • Tell you no. An agency that takes everyone isn’t choosing: it’s just stockpiling.

Red flags when choosing an OnlyFans agency

Either of the first two is enough to walk away. Of the rest, any two together should make you end the conversation.

  • Sign-up fees. Courses, photo sessions, a “spot reservation” you pay for: that isn’t an agency, it’s someone selling you something.
  • Passwords before you sign. Nobody needs your OnlyFans, Instagram or email login to “assess your profile.”
  • Pressure to hurry. “The spot closes today,” “sign now.” A decision like this shouldn’t be made against the clock.
  • Promised numbers. Nobody can promise you what you’ll earn.
  • Screenshots without context. Ask which months they’re from and whether they’re real or examples; ask them to walk you through them.
  • Minimum terms nobody explains. If the exit isn’t in writing, don’t sign.
  • Nobody behind it. No company that signs with you, no person who answers you.

Ten questions to ask any OnlyFans agency

Take this list to the call. Don’t look for promises of what you’ll earn: look for specific answers. A serious agency answers them without getting defensive.

  1. Who’s on the team?

Which teams there are and what each one does. If one person does everything, there’s no team.

  2. Where is my audience going to come from?

“From your account” or “from the algorithm” isn’t an answer. A good answer tells you from which accounts, on which networks and how often they’ll promote you.

  3. What do I have to do each week?

Ideally: create content with a guide. If you’re also posting or replying, you’re doing part of the service yourself.

  4. Who handles the chat, and with what limits?

Coverage hours, who does it, how your limits are set in writing.

  5. What happens if my content leaks?

Who searches for the copies, how removal is requested, how you’re kept informed.

  6. Do I have to pay anything or hand over any passwords before I sign?

The right answer to both is no.

  7. Who owns each account?

Your OnlyFans, your personal social media, the accounts that promote you. In writing before you start, not when you leave.

  8. How and how often do I get paid?

How what you’re owed is calculated and how often it’s paid. Ask for an example in writing.

  9. How does the agreement end?

How much notice you give to leave (the notice period), whether there’s a minimum length of time (the minimum term), what happens to content already created. If they’re slow to answer this one, leaving won’t be easy.

  10. Who’s behind it, and who answers me?

Which company signs the contract with you, which city it’s based in, which specific person replies to you before you sign.

How Luzara Talent does it

Luzara Talent is an OnlyFans agency based in Barcelona, Spain, for creators aged 18 or over in Spain, Latin America, the US, the UK, Canada and Australia. We recommend handing off everything that can be handed off: you create content with the weekly guide, and a couple of hours a day is enough; our team handles the rest, except filing your taxes. For any questions about how your account is managed, you have 24/7 support.

There are two plans. Chatting Premium, for creators who already have an audience: professional chatters handle your chat 24/7 while you keep running your social media. Full Management, the one we recommend, adds everything else to that chat. Our team posts your content from the phone farm: more than 100 phones with agency accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Threads and X; on the first three, only content suitable for all audiences. Behind every account there’s a real person from our team, not an automated program. Below you’ll find, task by task, what else it includes.

Your OnlyFans account is always yours; we manage it. If you don’t have one yet, our team sets it up for you from scratch, in your name. By contract, you authorize us to act on your behalf on OnlyFans and on social media. Before you sign, we don’t ask you for money or passwords: there’s no upfront payment. We review your profile for free; the conditions are in writing before you start. You can leave whenever you want, as long as you follow the contract.

Do I need an agency to run an OnlyFans?

No. OnlyFans doesn’t require an agency: you can run your account on your own. Handing things off makes sense when what holds you back isn’t creating content but everything else: posting every day, answering the chat at any hour, bringing in new audiences, chasing leaks.

Is working with an OnlyFans agency allowed?

Yes. OnlyFans allows for it: its contract with subscribers recognizes that other people can help a creator run her account. But OnlyFans holds you responsible, including for what the agency posts: that’s why it’s worth getting your limits and the agency’s access in writing. If you have a specific legal question, ask a professional.

How does an OnlyFans agency charge?

Every agency charges in its own way; what matters is that they explain it to you in writing, with an example, before you sign. Be wary if they ask for an upfront payment. Luzara Talent doesn’t publish rates: they depend on your case and the plan that fits you. We give them to you in writing before you start. The payments you receive are weekly.

Can an OnlyFans agency guarantee my income?

No. None can, not even Luzara Talent: results depend on many things nobody fully controls. What you can ask for is work you can check: what each team does, how often, where you’ll see it. Be wary of any figure promised before you start.

Do I have to give the agency my passwords?

Before you sign, to no one. After that, only the access the agreement spells out: which ones, what for and how it’s removed if you leave. When it ends, change your passwords that same day: OnlyFans warns that it isn’t responsible if your account is stolen. At Luzara Talent we don’t ask you for any password before you sign; your OnlyFans account is always yours.

I’m with another agency and I’m not happy. What should I do?

First, reread what you signed: minimum term, notice period, what happens to the accounts. If you want a second opinion, apply: tell us about your case in the form. A person from our team replies in under 24 hours; we review your profile for free and tell you what we’d do differently, with no commitment.
