Can you block countries on OnlyFans?

Yes. According to OnlyFans’ official blog (Creator Center, updated in June 2024), you can stop users in specific states, or in entire countries, from accessing your profile. You do it from your account’s privacy and security settings.

In the OnlyFans interface, the option is called “Block by country,” inside the “IP and Geo Blocking” section. Its description reads: “Block access to your profile and posts from selected countries.” In the same section, you can also block by state or by IP address.

OnlyFans describes it as helpful for creators who want to maintain their privacy in certain geographical areas. That’s the case if you don’t want to be seen in your own country, or in your family’s country if they live somewhere else.

For one specific person, there’s a different tool: OnlyFans also lets you block a user. According to the same blog, once you block them, they have no way of accessing your profile or communicating with you on the platform.
