Can I make reels at Bondi for my promotion?

Check with Waverley Council first: it says its approval is needed before any video, or any commercial photography, in its public spaces, including Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte, and promotion for your page may count as commercial. Wherever you go, keep other beachgoers out of frame and leave your own street or surf club out of the clip.

What do the Botanic Gardens ask before a reel at Mrs Macquarie’s Chair?

It depends on what you plan. The Botanic Gardens of Sydney say visitors documenting their visit need no permit, but a planned photo or video activity does, private or commercial, and their permit rates list Mrs Macquarie’s viewing platform. A reel for your promotion is something you plan, so ask the Gardens before you go.

Does posting on OnlyFans mean anyone can repost my content?

No. Under section 91O of the NSW Crimes Act 1900, distributing an image of yourself doesn’t, by that fact alone, mean you consented to any other distribution of it. Treat this as background rather than legal advice; the NSW Police Force or a lawyer can look at a real case. On Full Management, our team also chases leaked copies and reports them.

Will my promotion go out from my own Instagram?

Only if you want it to.
