Can you block a US state on OnlyFans?
Yes, and in the US that may matter more than blocking a country: the people you’d rather not see your page could live one state away. OnlyFans’ official blog says the option works for individual states as well as whole countries; it’s called Block By Country and sits in your privacy and security settings.

State age verification laws: what they mean for creators
Several states require commercial websites with a large share of sexual material harmful to minors to verify that visitors are 18 or older. In June 2025, in Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton, the Supreme Court upheld the Texas law, H.B. 1181, and noted that at least 21 other states had imposed materially similar requirements.

Leaked content: DMCA notices, a US law
If your content shows up where it shouldn’t, the usual route is a takedown notice under the DMCA, the copyright rules in section 512 of title 17 of the US Code. The notice can be signed by someone authorized to act for the copyright owner, which is why that authorization goes in writing.
