How to remove your leaked OnlyFans content

If your OnlyFans content shows up where it shouldn’t, it’s not your fault, and you can ask for it to be taken down. First, save the exact address of every link, with a screenshot and the date. Then send a copyright notice (DMCA) to the site that posts it or, if it doesn’t reply, to the company that hosts it. Do the same with Google and on every social network where it appears. Nobody can promise you that everything will disappear or how long it will take, but there is a method.

What to do first if your OnlyFans content gets leaked

Finding your content on someone else’s website can bring up anger, fear, shame. It’s not your fault: the responsibility lies with whoever shared it without your permission. Saving evidence before anything else makes everything that comes after easier.

  1. Save evidence of every link

Copy the exact address of the page or the image (not the homepage), take a screenshot that shows it and write down the date, one row per link.

  2. Think before you write to whoever posted it

Spain’s data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) recommends asking them to delete it when possible. If you don’t know who it is, or they’ve threatened you, go straight to the website.

  3. If they threaten you or ask for money, don’t pay

Blackmailing someone with sexual images is called sextortion. Save the messages, get help, report it.

  4. If you were under 18 in that content

Go to the police. StopNCII refers these cases to the Take It Down service (takeitdown.ncmec.org).

How to find out if your OnlyFans content has been leaked

Nobody warns you: you have to look for it. Two Google tools cover the basics; the hard part is sticking with it, because searching for yourself on other people’s sites wears you down. Our recommendation (it’s not an official rule): check every week.

  • Google Alerts (google.com/alerts) with your stage name, your username and their variations: you get an email when new results appear.
  • Reverse image search with Google Lens, photo by photo, to see where similar images show up.
  • Don’t sign up or leave any details on leak sites: the address and the screenshot are enough.
  • To make it harder for them: your username as a watermark and your originals saved with their date; on Telegram, restrict saving content.

What a DMCA notice is and what it must include

Your content is yours from the moment you create it: Spain’s Intellectual Property Law (Ley de Propiedad Intelectual) says so in Article 1, with no need to register anything. That’s why your main tool is the copyright notice. Heads up: if someone else takes your photos or videos, ask them to assign you the rights in writing.

The DMCA is a US law that sets out how to ask a website, a hosting company or a search engine to remove a copy. You don’t need to live there: Google, TikTok, Telegram and many hosting companies have a channel for these notices.

A valid notice has six elements; if one is missing, they can reject it. Anyone who knowingly makes a false claim may have to pay damages, including attorney’s fees.

What the law requiresWhat it means in practice
Physical or electronic signatureYours or that of a person authorized to act on your behalf.
Identify the workWhich photo or video is yours, for example with a link to the original.
Identify the copyThe exact URL of each copy, not the site’s homepage.
Contact detailsAn address, phone number or email so they can reply to you.
Good faith statementThat you haven’t authorized that use and the law doesn’t allow it.
Accuracy statementThat the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you’re entitled to file the claim.

How to request removal from the website, Google or a social network

Reporting a site that posts your content starts with the site itself. Each site has its own channel: keep the reference number they give you.

For an email, adapt this text (translate it if the site is in another language): “I am the copyright owner of [link to your original]. It is being published without my permission at [exact URL of each copy]. I have a good faith belief that this use is not authorized by me, my agent or the law. The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner. Contact: [an email address just for this]. Signature: [your full name].”

  1. The site that posts it

Look for a “DMCA” or “Copyright” link at the bottom of the site. If there isn’t one, check dmca.copyright.gov, the official US directory: many sites register their DMCA agent there, the person who receives these notices.

  2. If the site doesn’t reply, its registrar or host

Enter the site’s domain name at lookup.icann.org: it usually shows the registrar (where the domain name was registered), with its abuse email, and the name servers. If these end in cloudflare.com, use Cloudflare’s abuse form (it doesn’t take complaints by email): Cloudflare forwards copyright complaints to the hosting company and to the site itself, which will see your notice.

  3. Google

One notice for each Google service where it appears (Search, Blogger…), with the specific URL. In Search, Google removes the link from its results, not from the website: you still need the two previous steps.

  4. Social networks

TikTok has a copyright form that you need to fill out completely. On Instagram, Threads or X, use their help center or the Report button.

  5. Telegram

Use the Report button in the app or write to [email protected] with the links. For copyright, write to [email protected], which only covers public content (channels, public groups, bots, even private channels with a public link), not private chats or groups.

What StopNCII is and when it helps

StopNCII creates a digital fingerprint (hash) of an intimate photo or video on your own device; the image never leaves it. Its partner companies look for matches to remove anything that breaks their rules. They include Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, X, Microsoft (Bing and other services) and OnlyFans itself.

  • Only you can create the case: nobody can do it for you, not even an agency.
  • You have to be in the image, have a copy of it and have been 18 or older when it was taken.
  • It protects you going forward: anything already posted has to be reported on each platform first.
  • Each cropped or filtered version may need its own hash.
  • Save the case number and its PIN: if you lose them, they can’t be recovered.

How long it takes to get leaked content taken down

There’s no fixed timeframe. If you read “24 to 72 hours,” ask where that comes from: no official source we’ve read gives it. Here’s what is in writing:

RouteOfficial timeframe
Google, copyrightNo timeframe: it says it tries to respond as soon as it can.
Asking for your images to be deleted (Spain)The platform has one month to respond; if the case is complex, it can extend that by two more months if it tells you within that first month. If it doesn’t respond, you can file a complaint with the AEPD.
If the uploader disputes it (DMCA counter-notice)The site must put it back up 10 to 14 business days later, unless you let it know you’ve filed a lawsuit.
StopNCIIThe case status can take 3 to 5 days to update.

Which laws protect you and when to go to the police

Go to the police or a lawyer if there are threats, if your personal details appear, if someone you know is spreading it or if a site ignores your notices. Reporting it is up to you: in Spain, these crimes against privacy are generally prosecuted only if you or your legal representative file a complaint (Article 201 of Spain’s Criminal Code, the Código Penal).

CountryWhat the law saysWhat you can do
SpainArticle 197.7 of the Criminal Code punishes sharing, without your authorization, images obtained with your consent in a private place, if it seriously harms your privacy; Article 270 punishes distributing a work without permission for profit.Report it to the police. Ask the platform to delete the images; if it doesn’t respond in time, file a complaint with the AEPD. If it’s sexual content and its spread puts you at serious risk, use the AEPD’s Priority Channel (Canal prioritario), which doesn’t cover WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
MexicoThe Olimpia Law (Ley Olimpia, a set of reforms) punishes sharing intimate content without consent: 3 to 6 years in prison under the Federal Criminal Code (Código Penal Federal); each state has its own article.Report it to your state prosecutor’s office (fiscalía), with a lawyer who can assess which article applies.
ArgentinaLaw 27,736 (Ley Olimpia) adds digital violence to Law 26,485, including sharing intimate material without consent.A judge can order platforms or social networks to remove the content, identifying it by its URL.
ColombiaWe haven’t been able to confirm that a specific crime exists yet: in 2025, Congress was working on a bill to create one.Report it to the Attorney General’s Office (Fiscalía), with a lawyer who can assess which offense applies.
Other countriesEach country has its own rules.Talk to a local lawyer.

What our team does for you if your content gets leaked

You can do all of this on your own, but you have to start over with every new link.

In Luzara Talent’s Full Management plan, our in-house team searches for your leaked content and, when it finds it, requests the removal of every copy with DMCA notices. Nobody can promise you that everything will disappear, not even us; what changes is that you don’t have to search for yourself on other people’s sites.

Some steps only you can take, like creating your StopNCII case or deciding whether to report it to the police. Before you sign, we don’t ask you for passwords or money; it’s still a good idea to ask which of your details will go in the notices.

Your OnlyFans account is always yours: the team only manages it.

Does OnlyFans remove leaked content for me?

It doesn’t have to. Its terms say it can send notices on your behalf, but that it has no obligation to do so or to monitor copies, and that it isn’t liable to you if your content is copied. You’re better off requesting removal yourself with the steps in this article.

Does OnlyFans notify you if someone takes a screenshot?

Don’t count on it. Even if an app did notify you, nothing stops someone from photographing the screen with another phone. Assume any subscriber can copy what you post: that’s why it’s worth adding a watermark with your username, keeping your originals with their date and checking the internet every week.

Can I request removal without a lawyer?

Yes. You can send a DMCA notice or the Google, TikTok or Telegram forms yourself, with the details the law requires, or have an authorized person do it on your behalf. A lawyer is worth it for a lawsuit, to help you decide what to report, or if a site ignores your notices.

Is StopNCII safe?

It’s designed to protect your privacy: the hash is created on your device, the image isn’t uploaded and it doesn’t ask for your name. Its limits: it only works on partner platforms; if you lose the case number or the PIN, they can’t be recovered.
