When you use the Apply form, your answers become a message that opens in your own WhatsApp. You read it, change it if you want and decide whether to send it; the website doesn’t store those answers. The data that reaches us on WhatsApp (name or stage name, age, country, situation, how much you earn and whether your OnlyFans is free or paid if you already have a page, available hours, the phone and equipment you create content with, whether you’d create or already create explicit content, whether you’d make reels and what kind, whether we can use your social media, when you could start, and your Instagram username if you share it) is used only to review your application and reply to you.

In the last step you upload 3 to 5 photos or videos of yourself, plus a reel-style video if you have one. That’s the only thing the website stores: they go to our server, behind a private link that only the team reviewing applications can open (with a username and password), they’re used only to review your application and they’re deleted automatically after 60 days. If you don’t send your application, they’re deleted after one day. If you’d like us to delete them sooner, write to [email protected]. To prevent abuse, the server counts how many uploads come from the same connection; that count is kept only in memory and is deleted in under two hours.

We don’t ask for passwords or documents at this stage. We don’t use cookies on this website. To know how many visits it gets and which pages are read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying anyone.

We process your data because you send it to us so we can review your application (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract). The photos and videos you upload through the website are deleted automatically after 60 days. For everything else, if we don’t move forward, we delete it from our channels within a reasonable time; if we work together, it’s governed by the contract you sign.

Your answers and your photos are only seen by the Luzara Talent team that reviews applications. To run the website, two technical providers process data on our behalf: Hetzner, which hosts our server in Finland (European Union), and Cloudflare, whose network carries the website and your photos to that server and may process them outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR. Beyond them, no one else. WhatsApp handles your messages under its own privacy policy.

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing or ask us to restrict it by writing to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with Spain’s data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

This website and its services are only for people aged 18 or over. If we find an application from a minor, we delete it.
