OnlyFans mass messages: how to use them without overdoing it
An OnlyFans mass message is a private message you send to many subscribers at once: you choose who to include or exclude, write the text and add free or paid content. Using mass messages without overdoing it means sending fewer, better ones: each with its own reason, going to the right list, with exactly what you promise inside. What wears out your community isn’t the mass message; it’s getting the same one at all hours.

What is a mass message on OnlyFans?
A mass message is a private message that reaches many of your subscribers at the same time. Each person gets it in their own conversation with you, like any other private message, so they can reply right there. OnlyFans’ official features guide lists it among the tools for engaging with the people who are already subscribed.
Depending on what’s inside, there are two kinds:
- Free messages: letting people know about a new post, saying thank you, asking what they’d like to see. OnlyFans itself suggests asking your community for ideas in a mass message.
- Paid messages (PPV, “pay-per-view”): content that’s unlocked with a separate payment. According to OnlyFans, any creator can send them, whether her page is paid or free, to one person or to all her subscribers at once.
How to send a mass message on OnlyFans, step by step
The steps come from OnlyFans’ official guides; the tips in each step are ours. The button names are the ones the guides use: if your account is set to another language, they may appear translated.
Start a new message
In your messages, tap “New Message.” From there you can write to many people at once.
Choose who it goes to
Select who to include or exclude: that’s what your lists are for. To write to everyone, there’s the “all subscribers” option; it’s rarely the best choice.
Write the text
Short, written to one person, with a single reason. If it’s paid, describe exactly what’s inside.
Attach the content
A photo or video, free or paid; if it’s paid, at the price you choose. Check your Vault first: it remembers what you’ve already sent in messages, so you don’t repeat it.
Send it
You can send it right away. According to the OnlyFans blog, messages can also be lined up in the “Queue” so they go out on schedule: check in your account whether it lets you do that with a mass message.
Handle the replies
Every mass message opens up conversations. If nobody answers the people who reply, the message is only half done.
When should you send a mass message on OnlyFans?
When you have a reason, not just because you feel it’s time. Timing matters too: in the “Reach” tab of your statistics, OnlyFans shows you which countries your profile visitors are from. Send when most of your audience is awake, not when it suits you; if your account lets you schedule it in the Queue, it goes out even while you’re asleep.
These are good reasons to send one:
- You’ve posted something new and want it seen by people who don’t visit your profile every day.
- You have content that isn’t on your feed or your social media. According to OnlyFans, paid messages are for your most exclusive content: if you’ve already posted something for free, on OnlyFans or on your social media, selling it probably isn’t a good idea.
- You want to know what your community would like to see before you create your next piece.
- You’re going live, or there’s a special date for you or your audience.
- A specific list needs something different: a thank-you for the people who’ve been with you for months, a sneak peek for your biggest supporters.
How to personalize a mass message so it doesn’t read like a template
A mass message reaches many people, but it’s read one person at a time. According to the OnlyFans blog, your subscribers want to feel like they’re important to you. A text that sounds like an ad says the exact opposite.
What helps it read like a message from you:
- Write to one person: “I made something for you,” not “hi everyone.”
- Use your own way of talking, the same one you use in your chat replies.
- One reason per message: news, a question or an offer, not all three at once.
- Adapt the text to each list: you don’t write to someone who arrived yesterday the same way you write to someone who’s been around for months.
- If it’s paid, say clearly what’s inside, without exaggerating or hiding anything.
- Don’t offer anyone something they’ve already bought: exclude the people who have it.
- End with something that invites a reply, not with a made-up countdown.
OnlyFans lists: who to send each message to
Lists decide who each mass message reaches. According to the official guide, they let you organize your subscribers into groups you can target with messages, promotions or live streams. When you send a message, you choose who to include or leave out.
One way to organize them with your mass messages in mind:
| List | What to send them | What to avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Newcomers | The welcome, a question about what they like. | Including them in paid mass messages before you get to know them. |
| People who bought your last paid message | The next one, if it fits what they chose. | Offering them something they already have. |
| People who don’t buy paid content | Free updates, a question, a sneak peek. | Treating them as lost sales: they’re still on your page for a reason. |
| People who reply often | Messages that start a conversation. | Taking hours to answer them. |
| Your biggest supporters | A sneak peek, a thank-you that asks for nothing. | Taking them for granted. |
How often can you send mass messages without overwhelming subscribers?
OnlyFans’ official guides don’t give a number. What its Acceptable Use Policy does do is ban spam, with a warning: breaking the policy can get your content or your account deactivated. There’s a lot of room between what’s allowed and what overwhelms people; a sensible frequency is set by your audience, not by a number.
Four rules of thumb that help:
- Few messages to all your subscribers, more to specific lists. A message that only interests some of them wears out the rest.
- A different reason for each message. Repeating the same offer in other words is still repeating it.
- Mix it up: between one sales message and the next, send others that don’t ask for anything.
- Only pick up the pace if the response holds; slow down as soon as it doesn’t.
What OnlyFans prohibits in mass messages
OnlyFans reviews all content on the platform, including private messages, to check that it complies with its rules. A mass message multiplies any mistake: if it breaks a rule, it breaks it with every person who gets it. Even if someone else prepares your mass messages, under the Terms of Service you’re still the one legally responsible for your account.
This is what its Terms of Service, its contract with subscribers and its Acceptable Use Policy say:
- Spam: the Acceptable Use Policy expressly prohibits it.
- Inaccurate information, like misleading descriptions of what you send. Under the terms, your content has to be as you describe it.
- Charging without delivering: you commit to providing paid content once the subscriber has paid for it.
- Content with another person that doesn’t meet the requirements: either they’re an OnlyFans creator you tag with the platform’s tool, or they’re an adult and you have their proof of identity along with their written consent.
- Links to external file storage sites, or to outside websites that break its terms.
- Suggesting in-person meetings.
- Sharing other people’s personal data. If you share something that compromises your safety, like a physical address, OnlyFans removes it.
Mass messages and renewals: how they fit into retaining subscribers
A mass message can be a reason to renew or a reason to turn off auto-renew. According to OnlyFans, engaging routinely and sincerely with your community is the best way to keep the people you already have. A message that only sells does the opposite: it reminds the person paying that their subscription doesn’t get them everything.
Mass messages don’t replace your feed, either: according to OnlyFans, people are less likely to renew if they can’t count on new content on a regular basis. They let people know about that content; they don’t take its place. Everything that decides a renewal, from the welcome to the people who leave, is in how to retain OnlyFans subscribers.
To know whether your mass messages are helping, check every week:
“Overview”
Your earnings by type of content, including the mass message that earned the most in the period. It tells you what people buy.
“Engagement”
The views, likes, tips or purchases your messages generate. It tells you what interests people, even if it doesn’t sell.
The subscribers tab
How many renew. If message sales go up but renewals go down, you may be earning today what you’ll lose tomorrow.
The replies
What people write back doesn’t show up in any tab, but it’s the most direct sign of whether you got it right.
What our team does for you
At Luzara Talent, mass messages are part of both plans. Our team prepares your personalized mass messages, with new sales scripts every week, organizes your Vault so it’s clear what has already been sent to whom and looks after every subscriber. Anyone who replies to a mass message gets an answer from professional chatters on our team: real people, 24 hours a day, every day, within the limits you set in writing. Content you don’t want to sell is not sold.
On both plans you get regular reports on what’s been done. With Chatting Premium, you keep running your own social media. But a mass message only reaches people who are already subscribed: that’s why we recommend Full Management, which adds what brings new people to your page (how the two plans differ):
- Our phone farm of more than 100 phones posts from agency accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Threads and X, each account with its own edited version of every piece; on the first three, only content suitable for all audiences. Behind every account there’s a real person from our team.
- Content direction with a weekly guide: you know what to create each week.
- Professional editing of every piece.
- Your Telegram channel, opened in your name.
- Searching for your leaked content: when we find it, we start the takedown process by reporting every copy.
- Tax information and recommendations adapted to your case.
- A weekly dashboard and ongoing follow-up.

ApplyHow do you send a mass message on OnlyFans?
From your messages, with “New Message”: choose who to include or exclude, write the text, attach a photo or video, free or paid at your price, and send it. According to the official blog, messages can be prepared ahead of time in the Queue; check in your account whether that works for a mass message. If your account is in another language, the buttons may appear translated.
How many mass messages are too many on OnlyFans?
OnlyFans’ official guides don’t give a number, but its Acceptable Use Policy bans spam. It’s too many when each message sells less, fewer people reply or renewals drop. It helps more to write to specific lists than to everyone, to alternate messages that sell with others that ask for nothing and to give each message its own reason.
Can you send paid content in a mass message?
Yes. According to OnlyFans, any creator can offer paid content by message, to one person or to all her subscribers at once, at the price she chooses. What you describe has to be what gets unlocked: if there’s a refund or a chargeback, OnlyFans can deduct what you would have received from that sale.
Can my OnlyFans account be suspended over mass messages?
It can happen if they break the rules. OnlyFans’ Acceptable Use Policy bans spam, misleading descriptions, links to external storage sites and in-person meetings. It warns that breaking the policy can get your content or your account deactivated. OnlyFans also reviews private messages.
Can you schedule a mass message on OnlyFans?
OnlyFans’ official blog explains that you can prepare messages in advance in the “Queue”; check in your account whether it lets you schedule a mass message. If it does, you write when it suits you and the message goes out when your audience is awake.
Who prepares my mass messages if I work with Luzara Talent?

Anyone who replies to one gets an answer from professional chatters on our team, real people, 24 hours a day, every day, within the limits you set in writing.
