OnlyFans custom content: how to manage custom requests
Custom content on OnlyFans is what you create to order for a subscriber who asks for it: a video, some photos, an audio clip or a video call. Handling it well comes down to four things: your limits in writing before the first request, a request described with no room for misunderstandings, payment up front inside OnlyFans and delivery by the deadline you promised.

What is custom content on OnlyFans?
It’s content created to order for one person, based on what they ask for in the chat. It isn’t what you post on your feed, and it isn’t a paid message sent to many people: it’s created after the request, for the person who made it.
OnlyFans covers it on its blog for creators: it explains that you can accept tips by direct message in exchange for custom content or special requests, and that many creators put a “Tip Menu” on their pinned post. Some everyday examples of custom requests:
- A short video that greets the person by name or wishes them a happy birthday.
- Photos in the outfit, color or setting they ask for, within your limits.
- An audio clip with a message for that person.
- A video call of a set length, paid for before it starts.
Your limits in writing, before your first custom request
Requests arrive in the heat of the moment: someone is waiting for a reply, offering more, pushing. If you decide right then, it’s easy to give in on something you didn’t want. That’s why your limits get written down beforehand, calmly, in a document you can revisit whenever something changes.
If someone else handles your chat, that document is what tells them what’s for sale and what isn’t (what a chatter does). At a minimum, it should answer these questions:
- Which kinds of custom requests you accept and which you don’t, even if someone offers more.
- Whether you do video calls; if you do, their maximum length and the hours you’re available.
- How many custom requests you can take on at once and how soon you deliver each one.
- Which personal details are never shared: your real name, your city, your personal social media, anything recognizable about your home.
- Whether the custom content is only for that person or whether you can use it again. Say so when you describe it.
- How to respond to someone who keeps pushing after a “no.”
How to handle a custom request, step by step
From the first message to delivery, these steps help you avoid misunderstandings, refunds and missed deadlines:
Check your limits
Before you give a price, see whether the request fits what you accept. If it doesn’t, say no, politely and without long explanations.
Describe it in writing
Exactly what it includes: format, length, what appears in it and what doesn’t. OnlyFans’ Terms of Use require the content you deliver to be as you described it: your description is your commitment.
Agree on the price and the deadline
You set the price; we explain how in how much to charge on OnlyFans. As for the deadline, choose one you can meet, taking into account everything you already have going on.
Payment comes first
Inside OnlyFans, before you start creating. No confirmed payment, no custom request.
Create it and check it
Before you send it, make sure it matches what you described: length, format, the details they asked for.
Deliver it in the chat
Send it inside OnlyFans, by the agreed deadline. If you’re going to be late, let them know before the deadline, not after.
Write it down
Which request, for whom, when it was delivered. The OnlyFans Vault remembers which content you’ve already sent by message; for everything else, keep your own notes.
How is custom content paid for inside OnlyFans?
With the platform’s own payment tools. You set the price; payments are made in US dollars, through the payment provider OnlyFans approves. There are three options:
| How you charge | How it works | What to keep in mind |
|---|---|---|
| Tip by direct message | The subscriber pays in the chat. According to the OnlyFans blog, you can accept it in exchange for custom content or special requests. | The payment arrives before you create anything. Make clear in the chat what it covers: the request as described, nothing more. |
| Paid message (PPV, “pay-per-view”) | You attach the finished content with its price; it unlocks when they pay. Any creator can send one. | The payment arrives after you create it: you could end up with custom content that nobody unlocks. |
| Tip Menu | A list, on your pinned post, of what you offer in exchange for tips. | It organizes requests before they come in. Only include what fits within your limits. |
Deadlines: how long do you have to deliver a custom request?
OnlyFans’ standard contract between creators and subscribers says the person who pays will have access to the content within 14 days of the purchase. Treat that as the maximum, not your usual deadline: a paid request that goes days without any news invites complaints.
To set a deadline you can meet:
- Factor in what you already have going on: the content for your feed, other requests, your life.
- Give a specific date (“Thursday”), not “soon.”
- Give yourself a buffer: if you think it’ll take two days, promise three.
- If something goes wrong, let them know before the deadline, with a new date.
- If you can’t meet it, don’t accept it: once it’s paid, you have to deliver.
Video calls with OnlyFans subscribers: what to agree on before you accept
A video call is a custom request done live: there are no second takes and nothing to review before sending. That’s why everything is agreed on beforehand, in writing in the OnlyFans chat; it’s paid for up front inside OnlyFans; and it starts at the agreed time and lasts the agreed length.
Before you accept one, make these things clear:
- The maximum length. When time’s up, the call ends.
- The day, the time and each person’s time zone.
- What’s included and what isn’t, with the same limits as your custom requests.
- What happens if the connection drops: whether the lost time is made up or not.
- That screenshots and copies aren’t allowed. You have no way to check, so be careful about what’s visible; if a copy shows up, report it like any other leaked content.
- What’s behind you: a plain wall, nothing with your name, your address or your city.
What OnlyFans’ rules say about custom requests
Three OnlyFans documents directly affect your custom requests: the Terms of Use, the standard contract between creators and subscribers and the Acceptable Use Policy. Here’s what matters most:
| What they say | Where | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Once payment is made, the creator agrees to provide the content. | Contract between creators and subscribers | No payment, no request; once it’s paid, you have to deliver. |
| The person who pays will have access to the content within 14 days. | Contract between creators and subscribers | It’s the maximum, not your usual deadline. |
| The content has to be as you described it, reasonably suitable for any purpose the person paying has made known to you and of satisfactory quality given the description, the price and the other circumstances. | Terms of Use | What you write in the chat is your commitment. |
| If a refund or a chargeback goes through, OnlyFans can deduct what you had earned from it. | Terms of Use | A badly delivered request can cost you the payment. |
| Other people can help you with your account, including in the chat; your legal responsibility doesn’t change. | Contract and Terms of Use | If someone sells your custom content for you, your limits go in writing. |
| Anyone who appears with you has to be a creator you’ve tagged or an adult whose ID and written consent you’ve obtained. | Terms of Use | If a request includes someone else, their paperwork comes first. |
| It prohibits misleading descriptions, harassment and in-person meetings. | Acceptable Use Policy | Don’t advertise what isn’t included. A custom request never means meeting up with anyone. |
Which custom requests to turn down
There are requests you don’t accept at any price. Some because OnlyFans’ rules prohibit them; others because they put you at risk:
- Anything the Acceptable Use Policy prohibits, including as role play: for example, anything involving minors, violence or lack of consent.
- Meeting in person, no matter what they offer: OnlyFans explicitly prohibits in-person meetups between creators and subscribers.
- Requests involving another person who doesn’t meet OnlyFans’ requirements to appear in your content.
- Anything using another person’s image without their consent, including edited or artificially generated images.
- Taking payment outside OnlyFans, or delivering before it’s paid.
- Requests fishing for your personal details: your real name, your city, your neighborhood, your personal social media (who can find out you have OnlyFans).
- Anything outside your limits or that you can’t deliver on time, even if they pay more.
What our team does for you
At Luzara Talent, your chat is handled by professional chatters from our team: real people, 24 hours a day, every day. They sell your custom content and video calls in the chat, only within the limits you set in writing: content you don’t want to sell is not sold. Video calls are paid for inside OnlyFans. You create the custom content; you do the video call.
The OnlyFans account is always yours; we manage it on your behalf because you authorize us to in the contract. Our team also sets up OnlyFans’ country blocking (“Block By Country”), which limits the countries your profile can be accessed from: for example, your own or your family’s.
There are two plans (how they differ). Chatting Premium is the chat: selling custom content and video calls, new sales scripts every week, Vault organization and regular reports. Full Management, the one we recommend, adds everything else:
- Content direction with a weekly guide; professional editing of every piece.
- Promotion from our phone farm of more than 100 phones, with agency accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Threads and X; on the first three, only content suitable for all audiences. Behind every account there’s a person from our team.
- Searching for your leaked content: every copy we find is reported to request a takedown.
- Tax information and recommendations adapted to your case; a weekly dashboard, ongoing follow-up and 24/7 support for your questions about how your account is managed.
Your custom requests: on your own or with our team
Task by task, what falls on you alone versus what our team does.
You set your limits in writing and create the content. Our team handles your chat 24/7, sells your custom content within those limits and organizes your Vault.

ApplyWhat is custom content on OnlyFans?
It’s content created to order for a subscriber who asks for it in the chat: a video that greets them by name, photos in the color they like, an audio clip, a video call. You agree in writing on what it includes, it’s paid for up front inside OnlyFans and you deliver it by the deadline you promised.
How is a custom request or a video call paid for on OnlyFans?
Inside OnlyFans, up front. The safest way is for payment to come before you create, with a tip in the chat: the OnlyFans blog mentions tips for custom content. If you send the finished request as a paid message, it’s paid for when it’s unlocked. A video call, always before it starts. Never by bank transfer or outside the platform.
How long do I have to deliver a custom request on OnlyFans?
OnlyFans’ standard contract between creators and subscribers says the person who pays will have access to the content within 14 days of the purchase. Treat that as the maximum: give a specific date you can meet, with some margin. If you’re going to be late, let them know before the deadline.
Can I resell custom content to other subscribers?
It depends on what you agreed to. Under OnlyFans’ contract, the person who pays gets a license to access the content, not ownership of it. But the content has to be as you described it: if you offered it as something just for that person, stick to that. That’s why it’s worth saying so when you describe the request, before they pay.
What happens if a subscriber asks for a refund on a custom request?
According to OnlyFans’ Terms of Use, if a refund or a chargeback (when the subscriber disputes the charge with their bank) goes through, the platform can deduct what you had earned from it. The person who pays agrees not to file a chargeback except in good faith. Your best defense: describe the request well and deliver it as described, on time.
Which custom requests shouldn’t I accept on OnlyFans?
The ones OnlyFans’ Acceptable Use Policy prohibits, including as role play; meeting in person; requests involving another person who doesn’t meet its requirements; payment outside the platform; requests fishing for your personal details, like your real name or your city; and anything outside your limits.
What should I do if a subscriber keeps pushing after a “no”?
Don’t negotiate: repeat the “no” once, politely, without justifying yourself. If they keep going, OnlyFans lets you restrict them (their messages are hidden, though they can still see your profile) or block them (they can no longer access your profile or contact you on the platform). Its rules prohibit harassment: you can report it with the report button.
Can an agency sell my custom content for me?
Yes. OnlyFans’ contract acknowledges that third parties can help you with your account, including in the chat, but your legal responsibility stays the same. At Luzara Talent, professional chatters from our team sell your custom content and video calls within the limits you set in writing; you create the content.
